Privacy Policy

We collect only the information needed to respond to inquiries and scope the work: the full name, brand name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, country, sector, service of interest, budget approach, expected timeline, and project description you submit through the contact form.

If you attach files (images, PDFs, or video), those files are processed as part of your request. We also record the page the form was sent from, the referring address reported by your browser, and any campaign (UTM) parameters.

We do not collect payment information through this website.

Information submitted through the form is used solely to evaluate and respond to your inquiry. It is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing.

When you submit the form, the information is processed on our server and delivered by email to aistudio@bundeestudio.com using Google Workspace (Gmail API). Files you attach travel as attachments to that email; they are not stored permanently on the server and temporary data is released once sending completes.

Because you provide your email address, an automated acknowledgement is sent to you. Messages that reach us are kept in the aistudio@bundeestudio.com mailbox on Google Workspace and may be retained internally for reference during the engagement; in this context Google acts as a service provider (data processor).

To prevent abuse, your IP address is checked transiently during submission (many submissions from the same address in a short period are blocked). This check lives only in memory, is not turned into a permanent record, and is not added to the email content.

If you want your data deleted, email aistudio@bundeestudio.com and records without a legal retention obligation will be removed.

We use Google Analytics (GA4) only to measure visit statistics. Analytics cookies stay disabled until you accept them in the cookie notice shown on your first visit (Google Consent Mode).

IP addresses are anonymised; ad personalisation and cross-site advertising tracking are disabled. You can withdraw consent by clearing your browser data.

Information you provide may be used to:

• Respond to your project inquiry
• Scope and communicate about a potential engagement
• Improve the website and service clarity based on general usage signals
