Frequently Asked Questions
The questions we get most, answered plainly.
We collected the questions we hear most about our production method, process, delivery, usage rights, and pricing. If you cannot find yours, write to us directly.
Production and quality
Is a single product photo enough?
For most productions, yes. A single sharp, well-lit frame lets us carry the product into different scenes, poses, and formats. If you have more angles (side, back, detail) the result stays more consistent, so share whatever you have.
Can logos, patterns, stitching, and small details on the product be preserved?
This is the most labour-intensive part of the work and the centre of our quality control. We check product consistency scene by scene and re-generate whenever we see drift. Very fine type, intricate logos, and repeating patterns still have limits; in those cases we retouch the critical frames by hand or reframe the product. Nothing goes live before you have seen it.
Are real models used in AI content?
No. The characters and models on this site are AI-generated; they do not depict real people, and no real person's likeness is used without permission. If you want a real model in your campaign, that is a separate shoot and is planned as such from the start.
Process and delivery
How does the project process work?
It starts when you send the form. We talk through your goal, your product, and where the content will run; then we shape a plan that fixes the scope and creative direction. After approval we build the concept and scene plan, produce, and check product and character consistency. We show you the first delivery, take your revisions, and finally adapt the content to the platform formats you will publish on.
How is the delivery time decided?
It is set by the scope of the project and confirmed after we understand your needs. Product count, number of deliverables, video length, scene count, and revision needs all shape it. Once we have discussed the scope we give you a realistic schedule — we do not promise a date we cannot keep.
How is the number of revisions decided?
It is set by the scope of the project and written explicitly into the proposal. Our stance: an error in product fidelity is not a revision — fixing that is our job. Changes in creative direction are part of the scope and are agreed up front. We do not invent a number; we state it once the scope is clear.
Which file formats do you accept?
Through the contact form you can upload JPG, PNG, WEBP, PDF, MP4, and MOV — up to 5 files, 8 MB per file and 15 MB in total. For larger files or other formats (PSD, AI, TIFF, RAW) we suggest a transfer route after the first exchange. Sharing product photos at the highest available resolution, uncompressed, directly improves the result.
Rights and security
Does AI-generated content need to be disclosed?
Platforms and countries apply different rules; some social platforms ask for a label on realistic AI-generated content. We prefer transparency in our own work and recommend it to you as well. We cannot give a definitive legal opinion on the advertising rules of your market — that is a question for your own legal adviser. On delivery we tell you clearly what was produced how, so you can apply any required labelling.
Who owns the usage rights to the content?
Usage rights to the delivered content belong to your brand within the agreed scope; the channels and duration are written into the proposal. The product photos and brand assets you provide remain yours. If we would like to show the work in our own portfolio we ask you first and never publish it without your approval.
Can the content be used in paid advertising?
Yes — the content is produced with paid use in mind: platform formats, vertical framing, and hook structure are planned for it. Tell us up front if it will run as advertising, since scope and usage period affect the proposal. Compliance with platform content policies, and any AI labelling, is your responsibility as the publisher; we do not give definitive legal opinions on that.
How are product and brand files protected?
Files you upload through the form are not stored on the server: they are turned into email attachments directly and the temporary data is released once sending completes. Correspondence stays in our company mailbox on Google Workspace. We do not share the images, unreleased products, or brand assets you send with third parties, and publish nothing without your permission. For projects that need an NDA we can sign one up front.
Working together
Do you work with brands outside Türkiye?
Yes. The studio is based in Türkiye and the process runs remotely: brief, approvals, and delivery are all digital. The site is published in eight languages; correspondence is in Turkish or English. When time zones differ we agree on response windows up front.
How is pricing decided?
Every project is priced by its own scope, which is why we do not publish a price list. Product count, number of deliverables, video length, scene structure, revision needs, and usage rights all shape it. After we discuss the scope we prepare a proposal specific to you — so you are not paying for a package you do not need.
Is the work in the portfolio real client work?
The work in the portfolio consists of concept productions prepared to show BunDee AI Studio's creative approach and production capability. It is not presented as real client work. Every piece is marked "Concept Work" on the page. When real client work starts being published we will say so explicitly, and brand names will only ever be used with that brand's approval.
